  We went to a film in Screen 10 and paid extra for the reclining seats. None of the recliners in the screen were working — not just ours, I tried a few nearby. I emailed Odeon afterwards and they finally replied two weeks later. Bizarrely, they asked for evidence (not entirely sure how they expected that to work — should I have filmed myself unsuccessfully pressing the recline button?), before denying the seats are broken, were fixed, or had ever been broken at all. It’s not exactly a life-changing scandal, but being gaslit over a cinema seat has annoyed me enough to leave this one-star review.

  Great state of the art cinema with reclining seats and amazing sound. Only thing that makes it lose a star is it's location.

  Good cinema, good choice if snacks. Toilets need an overhaul, no loo roll, seats broken, locks on doors broken.
